PROJECTES I CONSTRUCCIONS POTRIES SL. Modificaciones estatutarias. "ARTICULO 30º.-El cargo de Administrador tendrá carácter RETRIBUIDO. Dicha retribución consistirá en la cantidad fija que, para cada ejercicio, acuerde la Junta General. Si para un ejercicio dicha cantidad no se determinara se entenderá prorrogada la cantidad determinada en el ejercicio anterior. Datos registrales.
